If your item is labelled (pre-order) please read the descriptions for dispatch dates.

There are two places where Angst Child ship from. One from Angst Child's personal studio based in Singapore and another from a warehouse in California where she prints her shirts. There may be slight shipping differences if you order different items (e.g. T-shirt and phone case) so don't be alarmed if your shirt arrives a day before your phone case or vice versa. All products will be shipped from Singapore unless stated otherwise. Please check the origins of your product in the product description.

 

When do you ship?

Orders are dispatched in 5—8days after purchase. If you need your item earlier or insured please e-mail admin@angstchild.com to arrange for expedited shipping. (extra charges will be incurred)

 

Where do you ship from?

All products will be shipped from Singapore unless stated otherwise. Please check the origins of your product in the product description. 

 

Where do you ship to?

Everywhere basically. Except North Korea. 

 

Shipping method from Singapore:

Everything that ships from Singapore will be shipped by Singpost (with tracking number). You should receive your parcel 10–20 working days after it has been dispatched. Any custom fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you reside in Singapore, it should only take 3–5 working days. 

  

Shipping method from USA:

Everything that ships from the US will be shipped by USPS (without tracking). You should receive your parcel 10–20 working days after it has been dispatched. Any custom fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you reside in the US, it should only take 3–5 working days. 

 

Where exactly is my order?

For items dispatched from Singapore, please input your tracking number at singpost.com left column to check the status of your parcel.

For items dispatched from the USA, you will not be able to track your parcel as no tracking number is provided. 

 

It has been 30days after dispatch, I still have not received anything.

Please e-mail to admin@angstchild.com if you have not receive your parcel 30 days after dispatch and I will contact post office to retrieve your parcel information or offer to resend you another package.
